What you will do

• Conduct individual alcohol and drug abuse counseling and group sessions.
• Assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information and develop patient treatment plans.
• Provide intake, readmission, supportive follow-up, and crisis intervention services.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical records, documentation, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate care with community providers and participate in OBOT services.
• Support program implementation, staff training, caseload management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Current CADC-I or CADC certification is required.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a human-services-related field is required according to state regulations.
• Knowledge of substance use populations, treatment planning, human behavior, and social services.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to respond quickly, make effective decisions, and manage stressful situations.
• Ability to comply with federal, state, local, and accrediting-agency requirements.
