Senior Implementation Consultant - Stock Plan Services

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States

Base salary: $72,200–$101,975 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Plan implementation timelines and contribute to work planning for new clients.
• Convert, import, review, and validate stock plan data, including equity grants, exercise and cancellation transactions, cap table activity, fair value, and stock-based compensation data.
• Configure stock plan databases, plans, vesting and termination schedules, participant portals, broker portals, and system models.
• Coordinate with internal and external broker-dealer teams on brokerage configuration, account setup, and initial share balances.
• Communicate with clients, resolve data questions, and participate in implementation calls.
• Design implementation processes, complete checklists, develop training materials, and train clients on stock plan functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with equity or stock plan administration systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong data analysis, conversion, and validation skills, with knowledge of financial transactions, cap tables, and equity compensation.
• Experience with database configuration and system setup.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train clients and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.
