Consultant - Indirect Spend

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel is required to meet client needs and timetables.

Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Coordinate consulting engagements focused on indirect spend cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational improvements.
• Maintain project trackers covering metrics, timelines, financial data, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Research project topics and develop presentations using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Support meetings, status reporting, issue tracking, project budget updates, and engagement documentation.
• Coordinate communication among sales, advisory leads, internal project teams, subject matter experts, and clients.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, supply chain, and indirect spend management.
• Experience supporting consulting or project management engagements.
• Experience with Kantata, formerly Mavenlink.
