Senior Procore Consultant

Location: Remote; US employment context indicated by benefits and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 annually, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Procore implementations across Project Management, Financials, Analytics, and Quality & Safety.
• Design and deliver client-specific technical solutions aligned with statements of work and client needs.
• Serve as the primary Procore subject matter expert during sales pursuits and multi-application solution design.
• Integrate Procore with Power BI and other business systems to support reporting and analytics.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and scope changes through proactive communication.
• Train and support client teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development and new market solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional services or private industry experience, including at least 1 year in professional services.
• Hands-on experience with Procore implementations.
• Experience working with construction companies, real estate developers, or public sector organizations.
• Proven success delivering projects in a consulting role.
• Commitment to obtaining additional relevant advanced certifications.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Procore Financials and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Procore with CRM, ERP, or payroll systems.
• Experience with iPaaS solutions, compliance standards, training, support, or consulting advisory work.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and financial processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, and cross-selling skills.
