(Remote) Sr Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada and the United States; approximately 75% international travel is required. Candidates must hold a valid passport and be legally eligible to travel to Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year

Systems & Software, a hirify.global subsidiary within Constellation Software, develops the enQuesta CIS platform for utility and municipal billing operations across North America.

What you will do

• Analyze and document client business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows.
• Configure enQuesta CIS workflows, business rules, electric rates, and billable-read processes.
• Coordinate data mapping, validation, and conversion from legacy systems.
• Plan and execute software testing, customer testing, production implementation, and post-launch support.
• Create training materials and deliver remote and classroom-led training to end users.
• Provide CIS subject matter expertise and collaborate with project managers, QA, technical support, data conversion, and implementation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with CIS, utility industry systems, or related implementation work.
• Experience with electric rate configuration, implementation, and maintenance in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems, especially billable-read workflows.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, requirements interpretation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with intermediate SQL, UNIX/SSH and FTP commands, and AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen.
