Business Development Manager (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales and business plans to expand market share and revenue across APAC.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, including RFIs, tenders, and procurement processes.
• Build relationships with hospitals, EMS organizations, distributors, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Support product positioning, lifecycle management, product evaluations, presentations, and customer training.
• Track pipelines, forecasts, KPIs, budgets, and customer satisfaction using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, business, or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong understanding of regional procurement and tender processes.
• Experience with hospitals, EMS environments, or capital equipment is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain clinical and technical information and work independently and collaboratively.
