Territory Manager Public Safety UK (MedTech)

Location: Runcorn, Cheshire, United Kingdom; territory covering North East England, Scotland, Chester, Doncaster, and Sheffield. Travel: up to 75%.

What you will do

• Build relationships with new and existing business partners and exceed territory sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through deal closure.
• Develop new business and deliver product training and demonstrations.
• Create and execute territory plans, identify market opportunities, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Represent ZOLL at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Regional Management, and the EMEA Public Safety team.

Requirements

• Proven success in territory sales, ideally involving capital equipment or healthcare.
• Experience managing and enabling distribution partners.
• Strategic, proactive, persuasive, and goal-driven approach to business development.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a high-performing team.
