Senior Manager, FP&A

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end financial model in Drivetrain and maintain its assumptions as business drivers change.
• Analyze monthly performance and communicate clear variance narratives to leadership and the Board.
• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing operating expense reforecasting with support from a financial analyst.
• Maintain accurate ARR reporting in Finqore and partner with GTM Operations on revenue performance analysis.
• Coach and develop one analyst while establishing scalable FP&A processes and operating rhythms.
• Use AI to automate recurring workflows, perform consistency checks, and accelerate analysis and presentation development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in leadership, in a B2B SaaS environment.
• End-to-end ownership of a financial model, including documenting assumptions and understanding model drivers.
• Experience coaching analysts and creating conditions for high-quality work.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis skills.
• Ability to explain monthly results to finance and non-finance audiences and address Board-level questions.
• Active use of AI in financial work, with the ability to explain how it improves processes.

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• Experience with NetSuite or Drivetrain.
• Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations.
