Location: Seattle, WA, United States; the team is also based in San Francisco, CA.

Salary: $110,500–$160,000 annually in Seattle, WA; $127,100–$185,000 annually in San Francisco, CA.

What you will do

• Create interactive membership experiences that reward viewers and creators.
• Architect and build robust, scalable applications for millions of concurrent users.
• Participate in operational excellence work to maintain and support live services.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers on new products and solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional software development experience focused on scalable systems.
• Excellent proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and distributed systems technologies.
• Experience building product experiences that users value.
• Strong problem-solving skills involving algorithms, data structures, and distributed system design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Golang and TypeScript/React.
• Mobile development experience, native or hybrid.
• Experience with AWS ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, or Step Functions.
• Passion for gaming, streaming, or the hirify.global platform.
