Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Portland, OR; or remote within Canada or the United States

Salary: US employees: $200,700–$250,900 base; Canadian employees: CAD 189,700–237,100 base

What you will do

• Own identity, roles, permissions, invitations, and authorization end to end.
• Run the authorization product as a platform and define how other product teams engage with it.
• Improve team onboarding by making invitations obvious, easy, and high-trust.
• Shape the product direction as Mercury supports new user types, including agents.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably on horizontal product or platform teams.
• Experience with identity, roles, and authorization products.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to balance platform capability with simplicity.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a clear point of view independently.
• Ability to manage complex problems end to end across research, design, engineering, go-to-market, and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with product teams early in the decision-making process.
