Salary: $156,000–$195,000

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the post-submit experience across mobile, web, and messaging surfaces.
• Optimize customer communication regarding transfer status, proactive updates, and exception handling.
• Reduce support costs by improving product self-service for common customer inquiries.
• Develop growth levers such as failed payment recovery, repeat send prompts, and referral moments.
• Collaborate with payout operations, risk, compliance, and customer support to streamline the user journey.
• Establish a robust experimentation and research practice using quantitative and qualitative insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building consumer-facing digital products at scale.
• Proven track record of owning a customer-facing surface end-to-end from strategy to launch.
• Experience designing for high-volume operational or transactional environments, including unhappy paths.
• Strong data fluency with expertise in hypothesis design and A/B testing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and operational partners.
• Excellent written communication skills for senior leadership reporting.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in fintech, payments, remittances, logistics, or travel.
• Knowledge of lifecycle messaging, CRM systems, or notification platforms.
• Experience with personalization and ML-driven decisioning systems.
• History of partnering closely with customer support or operations teams.
