Software Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Canada; Toronto office until approximately late 2026, then Mississauga. Fully remote work is available until the move to Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Annual cash compensation: $111,000–$129,000 CAD, including base salary and target discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and own a prioritized backlog for online tools and platforms.
• Lead continuous discovery and delivery across the feature lifecycle.
• Create custom experiences and personalized customer journeys for client segments using data-informed insights.
• Identify and mitigate product risks throughout development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Development, QA, DevOps, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Drive alignment on feature delivery timelines and improve digital customer experience through reporting and tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Arts, Math, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience in large-scale technology implementations or organization-wide website redesigns.
• At least 1 year of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a technical role.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or XP.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, leadership, presentation, and consensus-building skills.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with iOS and Android mobile application development practices.
• Experience with user behavioral analytics tools and methodologies.
