Territory Manager (EMS)

TL;DR

Territory Manager (EMS): Driving sales of lifesaving medical devices and software to EMS, fire departments, and municipal agencies with an accent on territory growth and customer base development. Focus on achieving sales quotas, managing pipelines in Salesforce, and providing in-service education to customers.

Location: Remote (USA). Must spend a minimum of 3 days per week working in the field within the assigned territory.

Salary: $180,000 (at plan compensation)

What you will do

• Achieve hardware and disposable sales quotas assigned for the territory.
• Develop and execute short-range and long-term annual business plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Provide required in-service education to customers.
• Manage account profiles and track evaluation inventory using Salesforce.com.
• Conduct field work for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related sales experience.
• Must be able to work in the field 3+ days per week.
• College degree preferred.
• Strategic and customer-oriented selling skills.
• Basic technical and clinical knowledge to discuss medical products competently.
• Intermediate computer skills and experience with CRM.
