Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Create supply plans for vendors, including commit files, attainable monthly plans, vendor KPI integration, and long-term capacity plans.
• Create demand plans for assigned projects by reviewing project sets, sales, forecasts, and US and OUS demand signals.
• Coordinate demand reviews with Product Managers and align plans with business needs and supplier capabilities.
• Integrate new product introductions, new territories, and market introductions into supply and demand plans.
• Monitor variance to plan, update forecasts based on Product Manager input, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels across each inventory location and support coordination between Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, suppliers, and related teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a similar field is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a supply or demand planning-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills and experience with other analytic reporting tools.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to formulate conclusions through reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including sitting, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, regularly lifting or moving up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Specific visual abilities are required, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision and the ability to adjust focus.
