Planner (MedTech)

What you will do

• Create monthly and long-term supply plans for in-house and external vendors based on inventory needs, supplier capacity, and performance metrics.
• Develop demand plans for assigned projects by reviewing sales, forecasts, project sets, and business needs across the US and international markets.
• Coordinate monthly demand reviews with Product Managers and collaborate with Purchasing, Product Development, Sales, and NPI teams.
• Integrate new product, territory, and market introductions into supply and demand plans while building inventory for future requirements.
• Monitor variances to plan, adjust forecasts, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels across each inventory location and follow applicable company and industry compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in supply or demand planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and other analytical reporting tools.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to formulate conclusions from reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
