Senior Specialist, End-to-end Planner (Pharmaceutical Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid, West Point, Pennsylvania, United States; 10% travel; no relocation; no visa sponsorship

Salary: $106,200–$167,200 annual base salary, plus annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply planning for vaccine products across plan, source, make, and deliver activities.
• Develop supply plans and, where applicable, production plans for pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging.
• Coordinate supply chain issues with Manufacturing Operations, Regulatory CMC, Technology, Quality, and Value Chain Management.
• Support adoption of global planning processes and systems, including Rapid Response, and maintain accurate master data.
• Participate in IBP, supply reviews, S&OP meetings, quarterly production planning, and annual budget planning.
• Track supply chain indicators and provide analysis and visibility on product supply, demand, and inventory status.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in economics, engineering, or a related field with three years of experience in supply chain and/or operations within the pharmaceutical industry, or an MBA or MS with two years of experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with teams, business areas, and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple day-to-day priorities and adapt to a dynamic, continuously changing corporate environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and cross-functional business setting.
• Required capabilities include analytical thinking, data analysis, demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics management, order management, production scheduling, supply chain operations, vendor management, budgeting, change control management, adaptability, detail orientation, and personal initiative.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO, or Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Manufacturing or operations experience.
• APICS certification, including APICS CPIM.
