Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Relocation eligible; travel up to 10%.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Support supply response planning across multiple product families and planning horizons.
• Analyze material, capacity, inventory, supplier performance, forecasts, build plans, and planning variances.
• Develop constrained and unconstrained supply scenarios, identify supply–demand gaps, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly S&OP and IBP planning cycles.
• Partner with supply and demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, product management, and business units to resolve shortages and capacity risks.
• Improve planning processes, data governance, workflow automation, and SAP IBP capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand, production, operations, or integrated business planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning, including S&OP or IBP processes.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, supplier collaboration, and complex multi-level BOM environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP IBP or a comparable planning platform, plus SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Advanced Excel skills, structured problem solving, root cause analysis, scenario modeling, and cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, high-tech, or capital equipment.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification.
• SQL or other query tools, Power BI, Tableau, planning system implementations, or process redesign experience.
