Senior Planner (Supply Planning)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $100K–$125K annually for US-based candidates; location-based ranges may apply outside the US.

What you will do

• Own buying recommendations for generic Rx, branded, and non-Rx finished goods using reorder points, safety stock, and demand forecasts.
• Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain on forecast changes, supplier allocations, MOQs, lead times, and supply risks.
• Plan inventory across multiple sites, recommend purchase-order reroutes, reconcile inventory weekly, and prevent shortages.
• Track Weeks of Cover, E&O, inventory turns, expirations, NDC changes, launches, and SKU transitions; drive corrective actions and coordinate product cutovers and disposals.
• Present buy, risk, disposal, and working-capital recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners, driving decisions to closure.
• Improve planning processes and tools, automate reporting and buying recommendations with Analytics, mentor planners, and support raw-material, packaging, and special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply or inventory planning, ideally for finished goods in a regulated, lot-controlled environment such as pharma, OTC, or CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Excel and Google Sheets proficiency, including lookups, PivotTables, and external data connections.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts while balancing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with ERP, planning, and replenishment systems.
• SQL experience; BigQuery experience is a plus.
