• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase referral business within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with referral partners and negotiate contracts.

• Utilize CRM to document account needs, preferences, and call details.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to implement business development initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maintain account ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (based on benefit markers like 401k and EEO).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and perform occasional business travel.
