Regional Manager - NJ South (Medical Devices)

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ; must reside within the assigned region. Field-based role with at least 60% travel.

At-plan compensation: $250,000 annually, including a $150,000 base salary and commission under the sales compensation plan.

What you will do

• Manage medical equipment sales activities and implement sales programs across the assigned region.
• Engage key hospital and healthcare accounts and build relationships throughout the territory.
• Lead Territory Managers and Sales Associates toward order, revenue, and profitability objectives.
• Hire, train, coach, retain, and develop sales professionals.
• Reinforce product positioning, monitor performance, and analyze regional market trends.
• Work in the field with Territory Managers and visit hospitals, doctors’ offices, and other medical establishments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical devices, and/or pharmaceuticals required.
• Five or more years of medical equipment sales management experience, preferably in cardiology.
• Demonstrated business acumen and proven sales leadership.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must reside within the assigned region and be available for at least 60% travel, including occasional overnight travel and atypical hours.
