Wholesale Mortgage Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Organize loan approvals and ensure all conditions and documentation requirements are completed.
• Conduct client welcome calls within 24 hours of approval, clarify conditions, and confirm loan timelines.
• Verify signed disclosures, order required reports, review document uploads, and follow up on outstanding conditions.
• Confirm final loan terms, prioritize active loans, and coordinate closing schedules and final approval submissions.
• Monitor estimated closing dates and lock expirations, process changes of circumstances, and update locks as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of wholesale account management experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of diverse mortgage loan products and programs.
• Proficiency with the Encompass loan origination system required.
• Experience managing a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an underwriter.
