What you will do

• Review and analyze borrower credit, employment, income, and assets to ensure loan program eligibility.
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation prior to underwriting.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and ensure accuracy of Forms 1008 and 1003.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations including RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg. B.
• Communicate directly with customers, Loan Officers, and Underwriters to resolve missing documentation.
• Manage pipeline reports and assist in training new processing personnel.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass loan origination software.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and time management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
