What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for lending partners throughout the entire loan lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage active loan files from submission to closing, ensuring accurate status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather documentation and coordinate responses to underwriting conditions.
• Maintain organized loan files and accurate records within CRM and loan management systems.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to loan coordination processes.

Requirements

• Experience in loan coordination, mortgage operations, or lender relations.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage and lending process from submission to closing.
• English: C1 level (Excellent written and verbal communication).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace.
• Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
• Availability: Must be able to work U.S. Business Hours (30+ hours per week).

Nice to have

• Experience with DSCR, investment-property, or non-QM loans.
• Familiarity with platforms like Encompass, LendingPad, Jungo, or Salesforce.
• Background in real estate operations or acquisitions.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based mortgage lenders or brokers.
