What you will do

• Lead price negotiations and establish commercial terms with suppliers to drive cost reductions.
• Develop and execute sourcing and localization strategies to reduce supply chain risk and lead times.
• Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts and maintain strong partnerships through business reviews.
• Track EMS supplier commitments and milestones, escalating risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on commodity requirements and operational compliance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or supplier operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

• Experience in packaging commodity sourcing.
