What you will do
- Lead price negotiations and establish commercial terms with suppliers to drive cost reductions.
- Develop and execute sourcing and localization strategies to reduce supply chain risk and lead times.
- Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts and maintain strong partnerships through business reviews.
- Track EMS supplier commitments and milestones, escalating risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on commodity requirements and operational compliance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, commodity management, or supplier operations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

- Experience in packaging commodity sourcing.
- Familiarity with AI-related productivity tools.
