Logistics Material Coordinator/Handler II (Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Prioritize daily stores activities, receive parts, and perform material pickups or drop-offs at vendor sites.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve customer inquiries and non-conformances.
• Prepare kits and materials for shipment and cleanroom delivery, including replenishing line-side bins and moving stock to manufacturing areas.
• Review MRP, work orders, project status, and WIP while expediting materials from suppliers.
• Process excess and obsolete materials through rework, transfer, or scrap activities.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, vans or trucks, and overhead cranes as assigned while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in a range of material-handling processes and procedures.
• Basic understanding of how the team integrates with other functions.
• Ability to exchange information clearly and provide solutions using established procedures.
• Ability to follow documented business processes and safety standards.
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles as assigned.
