Senior Financial Analyst, Product FP&A (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with Product and business leaders to provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations supporting growth, profitability, and long-term objectives.
• Manage the financial performance of strategic product portfolios, including recurring revenue, bookings, ARR, renewals, and product-level profitability.
• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, budgeting, reporting, and ongoing business reviews.
• Build revenue and financial models connecting operational drivers to financial outcomes and supporting scenario planning.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and present recommendations to senior leaders.
• Improve finance processes, automation, systems, and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or similar experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription economics, recurring revenue, bookings, renewals, and ARR metrics.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and Excel skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, recurring-revenue businesses, product organizations, or product line P&Ls.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth organization.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Adaptive Planning, Snowflake, or similar tools.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or an equivalent advanced professional qualification.
