Technical Program Lead (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own cross-functional execution across hardware, software, and AI engineering.
• Maintain the engineering roadmap, track dependencies and timelines, and surface blockers early.
• Run the weekly technical sync and drive the OKR process.
• Support the CTO and senior technical leaders by preparing decisions, managing information flow, and tracking follow-through.
• Design lightweight processes, trackers, and human- and AI-enabled workflows to improve execution.
• Surface important technical organization updates across the company.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in demanding, high-ownership roles in startups, technology companies, or consulting.
• Hands-on technical grounding in robotics, AI, autonomous driving, or a related deep-tech field.
• Experience leading tightly coupled cross-functional initiatives across multiple technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong judgment, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to balance short- and long-term priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under challenging constraints.
