Rework Technician (Power Systems)

Location: Manteca, California, United States; onsite outdoor work

Hiring range: $21–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Perform planned maintenance, repairs, commissioning, software upgrades, and parameter configuration for site equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults independently and resolve commissioning issues based on on-site conditions.
• Assess power-station operating status, prioritize maintenance, and complete routine tasks according to schedule.
• Plan spare-parts inventories, maintain safety-stock levels, and document faulty components and maintenance activity.
• Respond to major maintenance issues and customer complaints while improving client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and a multinational maintenance team; train and mentor new team members.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• Solar or power-battery facility experience is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors long term and use basic electrical tools and commissioning software.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds and perform climbing, crouching, kneeling, and other physical activities.
