Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer I - Temporary (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Headquarters in Long Beach, California; remote work is not considered.

Base pay: $94,400–$110,000 USD annually for California.

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing for technical, engineering, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing roles.
• Develop search strategies, proactive outreach campaigns, and candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing tools.
• Engage passive candidates through creative outreach, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing skills, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Provide talent mapping, market intelligence, competitor trends, and compensation insights.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, support diversity sourcing, recruitment marketing, and sourcing metrics optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time experience as a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer, or 9+ years of total experience with equivalent education and experience.
• Experience sourcing for technical and niche engineering roles in aerospace, defense, technology, manufacturing, or another high-growth industry.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday Recruiting, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines of passive candidates through sourcing, networking, and engagement campaigns.
• For US office work, candidates must be US citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, or eligible to obtain applicable ITAR authorizations.
