Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

What you will do

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche technical forums.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health to share data-driven insights with hiring teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent professional experience (2-3+ years).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills.
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and top 5% of talent within technical fields.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience specifically for engineering or hardware roles.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
