What you will do

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche technical forums.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health to provide data-driven insights to hiring teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
• Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills.
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent in technical fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
