What you will do

• Review engineering information packages for constructability and completeness.
• Integrate engineering packages and develop execution plans for field teams, supervision, and subcontractors.
• Support project safety planning and safety execution in the field.
• Develop labor and material estimates, perform takeoffs, and submit requisitions.
• Manage project costs, reports, projections, trends, and change orders.
• Schedule construction crews, track progress, and coordinate with owners, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Entry-level position suitable for candidates with an associate or bachelor's degree in construction management.
• Relevant internship or co-op experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Understanding of Lean Construction and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• Employment authorization in the United States is required; background check and drug screening are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Construction, Continuous Improvement, Target Value Delivery, or Last Planner System.
