Construction Manager

What you will do

• Review engineering information packages for constructability and completeness.
• Integrate engineering packages and develop detailed execution plans for field teams, supervision, and subcontractors.
• Support the development and implementation of project safety plans.
• Develop labor and material estimates, material takeoffs, and requisitions.
• Manage project costs, including cost reports, projections, trends, and change orders.
• Schedule construction crews, track progress, and coordinate with owners, engineers, field supervision, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Entry-level position suitable for candidates with an associate or bachelor's degree in construction management.
• Relevant internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Understanding of Lean Construction and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Construction practices such as Continuous Improvement, Target Value Delivery, or LPS.
• Experience integrating AI tools such as Copilot into daily work processes.
