Sr. Director, MIS – Software Applications

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; work from the office 4 days per week

Salary: $251,000–$275,000 base salary per year, plus RSU grants and competitive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide direction for ERP, HRIS, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and custom business applications.
• Oversee requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support across the application ecosystem.
• Partner with senior business leaders, Information Security, and Internal Audit to deliver business value and mitigate risk.
• Lead and develop a global applications team while managing system integrators, software vendors, and outsourcing partners.
• Own the applications budget, vendor contracts, service quality, business continuity, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive enterprise application management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep experience with large-scale ERP, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, CRM platforms, and complex system integrations.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday, Oracle 12, Azure, and Adaptive.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, SOX controls, data security, compliance, and internal IT controls.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara offices 4 days per week.
