Director IT, Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing Systems

Location: United States; remote work indicated by #LI-Remote. Travel, including international travel, may be required for 10%–20% of the time.

What you will do

• Own the global IT strategy, roadmap, and delivery portfolio for supply chain planning and manufacturing systems.
• Partner with demand planning, supply planning, sales planning, manufacturing, regional, and IT leaders to define capabilities and prioritize technology demand.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global initiatives, including solution design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
• Build and lead a global organization of managers, architects, analysts, and delivery partners.
• Establish governance for application standards, integrations, data quality, security, compliance, responsible AI adoption, and support processes.
• Manage application reliability, incident management, releases, risks, budgets, executive communication, vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience supporting supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or related enterprise systems.
• At least 7+ years of experience in the apparel, retail, or consumer products industry.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including people leadership, program delivery, strategic planning, vendor management, and cross-functional partnership.
• Experience with supply chain planning, forecasting, manufacturing, ERP integration, data, analytics, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and enterprise application platforms.
• Experience with global delivery models and system integrators is preferred.
