Senior Field Service Trainer (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Develop training materials for field service engineers and conduct in-person, hands-on training.
• Create the annual training schedule and maintain the online training reservation system.
• Maintain training certificates and related records.
• Travel with the field service team for on-the-job training and process validation as required.
• Assist with process validations, troubleshooting trees, and procedure development.
• Coordinate product service, maintenance, and technical support matters with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; science or biomedical engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in a technical customer service or field service role.
• Services experience in areas such as clinical services, biomedical services, or radiology, with an understanding of healthcare capital equipment.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and classroom teaching skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO required.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to make sound decisions aligned with company policies.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a field service trainer.
• Medical device industry experience, including medical robotics, digital imaging, or X-ray equipment.
• Knowledge of quality or reliability engineering.
