Field Service Technician I (Medical Devices)

Location: West Chester, Ohio, serving Cincinnati-area customer accounts. Requires customer-site visits, on-call coverage up to 24/7 including weekends and holidays, and authorization to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $43,200–$59,400 per year. Includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, and prepare rental and customer-owned medical products for patient use.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and malfunctioning components.
• Perform operational function checks, adjustments, minor repairs, deliveries, removals, and service activities.
• Provide timely customer support and on-call service coverage, including visits to hospitals and customer accounts.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds.
• Safely operate a cargo van, box truck, or company vehicle up to 26,000 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
