Field Technician (Medical Devices)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; up to 90% travel required

Salary: $30.00–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide on-site, telephone, and field-technician support for assigned customer accounts.
• Perform product deployments, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and software upgrades.
• Guide technicians, assign preventive-maintenance workloads, and support departmental staffing.
• Assist customers with equipment application and escalate service issues when required.
• Document service activity, manage customer-specific information, and prepare monthly coverage and performance reports.
• Support employee performance reviews, annual product training, and regional customer deployments.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Credit card in good standing required for travel-related expenses.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 90% and maintain at least 40 hours of annual training in ZOLL products.
