Location: Hybrid role based on the US East Coast, with approximately 35–50% travel and occasional international travel. Listed locations include Boston, MA; New York, NY; and Providence, RI.

What you will do
- Install, configure, validate, deploy, maintain, and service electrophysiology systems at customer sites.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and system performance issues.
- Lead troubleshooting, customer escalations, corrective actions, repairs, equipment servicing, and complex issue investigations with R&D.
- Coordinate equipment distribution, domestic and international shipments, returns, replacements, inventory levels, audits, and ERP-based asset tracking.
- Complete installation, maintenance, RMA, service, inventory, and customer documentation while maintaining audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with physicians, EP lab staff, hospitals, Sales, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Product, Engineering, and R&D teams to support deployments and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of technical support, field service, and customer-facing experience with cardiac medical device technologies in hospital environments; electrophysiology experience is preferred.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving complex electromechanical, software-controlled, and PC-based system issues.
- Experience working with physicians, EP lab staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 13485, FDA Quality System Regulation, QMSR, and applicable medical device requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, customer relationship, inventory, logistics, and independent field-service skills.

- Experience coordinating customer deployments, equipment logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience with ERP systems and asset traceability.
