What you will do

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for medical equipment.
• Execute preventative and scheduled maintenance according to manufacturer procedures.
• Assist sales personnel with technical leads and joint customer calls.
• Maintain service contracts and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
• Comply with all health, safety, and regulatory codes.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and maintain accurate service documentation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline (Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, Biomedical) or equivalent military training.
• 3+ years of experience in a field-based technical service or maintenance role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
• Proficiency with schematics, system diagrams, and electronic test equipment.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and perform physical tasks like climbing, stooping, and kneeling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing environments.
