Global Deal Desk Operations Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Manage live bid submissions, calendars, deadlines, and portal mechanics using AI-configured workflows.
• Administer procurement portals including registration, credentials, and renewals.
• Coordinate with experts across Product, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and Finance to verify claims and manage flags.
• Validate product, security, and compliance claims for accuracy before submission.
• Develop intake processes and curate a reusable answer library with AI assistance.

Requirements

• Must have experience managing complex deliverables against hard external deadlines in bid operations, deal desk, sales operations, procurement, or GRC.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong communication skills to obtain clear answers from engineers and lawyers.
• Proficiency in AI tools for intake, routing, and quality assurance workflows.
• Comfort with Excel, Word, and various buyer portals.
• Location: Must be based in Argentina or Brazil for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Exposure to blockchain analytics, financial crime compliance, AML/CFT, or fintech.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, Cyber Essentials Plus, FedRAMP, DORA, GDPR, and public-sector procurement frameworks.
• Experience with Notion, Asana, Slack, and Salesforce.
