Associate - Deal Desk (Night Shift)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in Mumbai, India. Night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM.

What you will do

• Advise Sales teams on deal policies, pricing, contract terms, product configurations, and compliance requirements.
• Support the customer lifecycle from lead-to-quote and contract-to-order through booking, renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
• Monitor and prioritize Deals Desk requests, meeting service-level expectations and managing request volumes.
• Coordinate deals through internal approval processes with Sales Leadership, Legal, Accounting, Billing, and Product teams.
• Identify gaps and improve policies, processes, and systems to strengthen compliance and sales productivity.
• Create and maintain Sales dashboards, SFDC reports, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate across functions, and explain concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SFDC and familiarity with Configure, Price, Quote systems, preferably Zuora.
• Availability for the 7 PM to 4 AM night shift and residence in Mumbai, India.
