Sr. Supply Chain Planner

Location: Hybrid role based in the Boston office; in-office three days per week.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 USD per year

hirify.global is building a biotechnology-based ingredient toolset for the beauty and personal care industry, serving two consumer brands.

What you will do

• Design and own the monthly S&OP process, aligning demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory targets across both brands.
• Analyze demand and translate forecasts into production plans while presenting risks, deviations, and trade-offs to commercial, finance, and operations leadership.
• Own NetSuite planning, item master data, bills of materials, purchasing, inventory configuration, UPC generation, and data integrity.
• Optimize inventory flows between NetSuite and Shopify, provide reporting, and resolve system issues with consulting partners.
• Manage inventory budgets, write-offs, reserves, aging, excess and obsolete stock, inventory accuracy, and product margin models.
• Coordinate suppliers and contract manufacturers through purchasing, pilot runs, scale-ups, production schedules, testing, and warehouse planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably across multiple brands or business units.
• Hands-on NetSuite expertise in planning, inventory, and purchasing, including system configuration.
• Experience designing or operating a formal S&OP process.
• Strong financial acumen, including inventory budgets, write-offs, reserves, and inventory accounting.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets, communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build processes and systems from the ground up while managing multiple brands and projects.

Nice to have

• APICS, CPIM, CPM, or CPSM certification.
• Startup or high-growth consumer goods experience.
