What you will do

• Own proposal execution end-to-end for standard-tier pursuits, including responses, compliance matrices, and portal submissions.
• Build and manage agentic AI tooling to draft and scale responses from approved source material.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive answer library and playbook to ensure efficiency and consistency across bids.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Legal, Security, Pricing, and Customer Success teams.
• Run gate reviews and after-action reviews to continuously improve the bid process and knowledge base.
• Research customers and competitors to sharpen win strategies and shape pursuits before RFPs are issued.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or United States.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to make complex material clear and compelling.
• Genuinely AI-fluent with experience building and applying AI tools to accelerate workflows.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate senior stakeholders across different functions.
• Excitement for building new functions and owning outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to capture, proposals, bids, or RFP responses in commercial or public-sector contracting.
• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, fintech, compliance, or national security and law enforcement.
• APMP membership or equivalent.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
