What you will do
- Manage the full bid lifecycle for both binding and non-binding opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive bid plans and schedules, coordinating cross-functional contributors.
- Ensure all submissions are meticulously aligned with user requirements and commercial policies.
- Orchestrate diverse internal stakeholders including Sales, Services, Legal, Product, and Finance.
- Leverage AI software and prompt engineering to automate first drafts and analyze dense RFPs.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of bid management processes.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German (written and spoken) required.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.
- 3+ years of experience in bid, proposal, or tender management with a track record of high-value bids.
- APMP Certification at Foundation, Practitioner, or Professional level.
- Proficiency in structured bid frameworks, such as the Shipley Associates methodology.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.
- Experience with Proposal Automation Tools.
- Strong skills in prompt engineering to tailor complex technical responses.
