Project Manager

Location: Singapore; hybrid

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through completion across business, product, engineering, and other teams.
• Translate company priorities into project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish operating rhythms for distributed teams, including project updates, decision logs, action tracking, and escalation processes.
• Identify blockers, risks, misalignment, and unclear ownership, then work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting processes for OKR and KPI setting, tracking, and review.
• Communicate project status, trade-offs, risks, decisions, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, strategy and operations, PMO, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience independently driving complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders, including product and/or engineering teams.
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk management, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong experience working in remote or distributed teams, including proactive written communication and documentation without relying on constant synchronous meetings.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and time zones, bring structure to ambiguity, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience at a startup, scale-up, AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or other technology company.
• Experience building project-management and communication processes for distributed teams or from the ground up.
• Experience coordinating Chinese-speaking engineering teams and English-speaking business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, or similar tools.
• Consulting or strategy experience.
