What you will do

• Manage binding and non-binding bid opportunities throughout the full bid lifecycle.
• Develop bid plans and schedules, coordinate contributors, and organize reviews.
• Align Sales, Services, Solution Engineering, Legal, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders around pursuit strategies.
• Ensure proposals meet customer requirements, commercial policies, compliance standards, approval requirements, and submission deadlines.
• Apply bid management best practices, capture lessons learned, and drive process consistency and continuous improvement.
• Use AI tools for draft automation, prompt engineering, RFP analysis, compliance-risk identification, content maintenance, and quality control.

Requirements

• Fluent English and fluent German, written and spoken, are required.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, and/or demonstrable commercial experience within a solutions or IT provider.
• At least 3 years of experience in bid, proposal, or tender management, including complex and high-value public-sector, RFP, or RFI opportunities.
• APMP Certification at Foundation, Practitioner, or Professional level.
• Proficiency in structured bid frameworks such as Shipley Associates methodology.
• Strong project management skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with proposal automation tools.
• Additional languages.
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, sales enablement, or regional growth initiatives.
