Associate Spine Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, field calls, account issues, and inventory management.
• Promote, sell, and service hirify.global spine products and services through strategic sales calls.
• Develop the customer base and increase product market share within the assigned territory.
• Build product knowledge through sales training, surgeon programs, operating room visits, and industry research.
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities, target accounts, sales performance, and market conditions.
• Follow company quality policies, compliance requirements, professional conduct standards, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• One to two years of successful spine sales experience preferred; healthcare-related or business-to-business sales experience may also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to listen, communicate, influence, and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and operating-room or field activity.
