Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and able to obtain a Secret clearance)

Salary: $55,200 – $126,000

What you will do

• Analyze operational activities to provide a quantitative, rational basis for decision-making and resource allocation.
• Employ process reengineering methodologies and principles to modernize systems and projects.
• Create project plans to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing implementation and service.
• Support mission requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, and validation of system applications.
• Collect and analyze data to help stakeholders optimize their business practices.
• Develop data mapping documentation for databases, interfaces, and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business analysis, or 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Proficiency in eliciting requirements and estimating effort for business analysis activities.
• Knowledge of data collection systems, strategies, and database functions.
• Ability to interpret complex data and analyze results for various audiences.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
