Senior HRBP (International) (Aerospace and Defense)

Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA

Salary: $85,000–$148,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and employees across international regions to align HR strategy with business goals and local employment practices.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, progressive documentation, and organizational change.
• Lead or support global HR initiatives covering policy development, change management, leadership development, talent programs, and culture building.
• Facilitate talent development sessions and HR training related to performance reviews, performance management, and leadership development.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on interviews, candidate selection, salary analysis, and equitable offer recommendations.
• Manage merit, bonus, and out-of-cycle compensation processes while analyzing HR data, exit interview insights, and Excel reports to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level HR Business Partner experience supporting international teams.
• Strong global HR experience and sound employee relations judgment.
• Experience with performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, organizational change, and talent development.
• Ability to influence leaders and collaborate with highly technical business groups across multiple regions.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Diego, California.
