Contact Center Specialist l - State National

Location: Remote USA; US work authorization required

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions.
• Analyze account history in a proprietary computer system and provide accurate information for one-call resolution.
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance information.
• Perform insurance verifications using online resources.
• Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining dependable attendance.
• Provide courteous and professional service on every call.

Requirements

• US work authorization is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Strong customer service orientation, active listening skills, and attention to detail.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM, intermediate computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of customer service experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with auto insurance or collateral protection insurance.
